There is good news from Italy as 3 little lovely puppies have been rescued from the rubbles of a hotel destroyed by a deadly avalanche in Rigopiano (central Italy).

There are still 22 people buried in the hotel and the fact that these puppies have been found mean that there are still some air pockets that can help some survivors.

“They just started barking very softly,” said a member of the Forestry Corps told the AP. “In fact, it was hard to find them right away because they were hidden. Then we heard this very tiny bark and we saw them from a little hole the firefighters had opened in the wall. Then we expanded the hole and we pulled them out.”

Let’s hope to have more good news, in the meantime let’s enjoy the view of these lovely sheepdogs.
